Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other reputable services, depending on destination and order size.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in shipping costs.

Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Tonic Treasures is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We may accept returns if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, Tonic Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly or filing a claim.
